Greggie is recognized as an industry expert, particularly in the valuation of complex going-concern properties such as casinos, luxury resorts, and healthcare facilities. He has served a broad clientele, including lenders, financial institutions, REITs, private equity firms, emerging fund managers, attorneys, government agencies, and private business owners.

Before founding GP Valuation, Greggie held leadership positions at RSM US LLP and Colliers International. He holds prestigious designations, including MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, CCIM, ASA, and MRICS, reflecting his deep commitment to excellence in valuation and advisory services.

Allen Patrick Poon is the Head of Research at GP Valuation & Advisory Services LLC. In his role, Allen leads the development and execution of research strategies to support the firm’s valuation services. Prior to joining GP Valuation & Advisory Services LLC, Allen managed the accounts payable and receivable for a third-party logistics company within the Greater Jacksonville area.
